再配達削減PR月間 特設ページ
「物流革新に向けた政策パッケージ」等に基づき、昨年10月から行ったポイント還元実証事業の結果を踏まえ、置き配などの多様な受取方法を社会全体に普及・浸透させる観点から、
過去２年に引き続き、本年４月を「再配達削減PR月間」とし、関係省庁や地方自治体、宅配事業者、EC事業者等と連携し、再配達削減に向けた取組を強力に推進してまいります。
令和７年度「再配達削減PR月間」で重点的に取り組んでいただきたいこと
○置き配や宅配ロッカー、コンビニ等の対面以外の受け取り方法を選択すること
※対面以外の受け取りは現在26％以下
○宅配事業者が無料で提供する会員サービスを活用して、確実に受け取ることができる日時・場所を指定すること
※会員サービス利用率は現在47％程度
